Entertaining
This was an entertaining read that ticked boxes for me. From the first chapter to the last I was riveted to Firefighter Jason Mosedale and Kendra Carter’s story. His life is full as he fights fires and looks after his teenage sister, and he enjoys life to the fullest.
Kendra has returned to Lake Bittersweet after breaking up with her boyfriend and losing her business. Now she finds herself running her dad’s restaurant and trying to work out her future. Jason is attracted to Kendra, but he isn’t convinced that he can get her to take a chance with him; he also doesn’t want to be a rebound.
The attraction that sizzled between Jason and Kendra was impossible to ignore. I fell hard for Jason, such a swoon worthy man with a heart of gold whilst Kendra is feisty and determined. I loved how supportive they were of one another, and it was entertaining to watch their story unfold.
