The Silver Chain of Sound

This collection of short stories covers a range of genres. 

Henry Tegner has found inspiration through his many years as a general practitioner, his interest in the sciences and the arts, and an awareness of the beauty that may lie in small things, the trivial and the commonplace. 

Three of the stories – Isolde, The Beachcomber and Aurora #2 have been previously published in ’21 Stories of Love and Loss’ (Witley Press, edited by Donna Hillyer). 

He has always said that he writes primarily for himself, and for the pleasure he finds in writing. Friends, family, and fellow writers have from time to time been so kind as to compliment him on his work and to encourage him to bring it to a wider readership. The publication of this modest volume is the result.
