Finally got to read this book amazing.
I generally have a bit of trouble keeping my focus when reading but I found that I never wanted to put this book down! It was so fascinating and yet so simple. I found it very easy to fit in new day to day routines and habits that help me improve each day and also found it a lot easier to stop the bad habits. "So easy to do, yet so easy not to do" is a great quote that runs through my head all the time now. I would recommend this book to anyone as it covers all aspects of life.
