I’m a second-time mum and I wish I had this book with my first child. It’s a cookbook and I was expecting it to just have recipes but it’s so much more than that. Along with the recipes you have information about signs of readiness for eating, information about handling food refusal, how to store frozen precooked meals, recipes to ease constipation and teething issues, and meal plans up to toddler age. It’s light and witty also, which I didn’t expect and is appreciated when trying to learn something that can be stressful. Highly recommend.
