Absolutely Terrible
This reads like someone watched the videos that the book is based on, didn't get it, and quickly wrote something up in an afternoon.
Dom (of BroScience Life) wasn't kidding when he said that it's the first book written by someone who can barely read. Most jokes get there halfway but fall flat at the punchline. It's painful to watch.
Do yourself a favour. Go to YouTube and search Bro Science Life and watch the videos instead. This book has no new content and is merely a poorly written version of those videos. Don't waste the money that I did.
