The Team Are off: Getting Inside Women's Experiences in Professional Sport (Short Story‪)‬

DC: Kitrina! You can't do everything at once. Well, even if you can cope with everything at once, I can't. First you're talking about motivation, then you're onto retirement experiences, then the lack of support for elite sports people. As if they need any more support than they're already getting! You talk about your experience as a pro golfer, then you want to know about my experiences in sport. And that's while we conduct a study for the Women's Sports Foundation, performance research for the UK Sport Council, and then there's the golf and mental health project. Where are we going with this? What is the one thing we need to focus on here? KD: I can't help it. My experiences relate to all the research we've carried out--and so do yours.
