FREE! Unbelievable value for a genuine and generous introduction to the social media world of Twitter. The advice is aimed at achieving a real presence in a style that is readable and easy to understand. The design and presentation is a testament to the authors skill as a designer and UX practitioner, and is equal to any commercial offering. Not a user guide per-se, but there are elements of that and not a Dummies guide, but it's accessible and sensible — in a word it's practical. Short and concise I highly recommend this book to any business or individual starting out with Twitter.
