Ceri could not be happier. She and her crew had fought hard to get the Stratford back on course. Now, with her passengers secured in stasis and headed to their new home, she could focus on leading her crew and getting to know Fana better.
But, even on a ship designed to endure a thousand year journey, systems failed. When a fire stuck the stasis pods and killed passengers Ceri swore to protect, she is forced to once again deal with her enemy—Commander Azazhi—to save them.

Saving her passengers was far from Ceri’s only problem, however. Danger lurking in the depths of the ship threatened her crew, and to protect everyone, Ceri must put her life at risk to battle a threat they all believed was long gone.
