The Vitamix Cookbook
I have seen many colourful juice and smoothie books, and some Vitamix books I should have never bought, because they were tiny, and had minimal photos.
I bought this book because of the family history at the front.
I was really glad to see metric measurements as these days, I don't really understand the old imperial measurements as well as I may have once done.
It could do with more photos, but other than that, a sensational book.
