A knock out read

I will be the first to admit, I am new to MMA. The sport in its brutalist form isn't that appealing to me, but the characters within it are. GSP, in addition to showcasing the complexities that create are champion does wonders for the UFC by showcasing the depth of character and the intellect of some of the world most lethal fighters. He is a true champion in being and mind set. Although the book is at times repetitive in nature it reads like a self help book, a guid to achieving your own personal greatness. After reading this book my outlook on my own life will undoubtedly be different, improved, more refined in my focus. This book is an amazing reflection on the life and development of an amazing athlete, well worth the read!
