In this modern age, many things are moving too quickly for us, and stress is becoming a significant problem. Yet, as we make our way through it, there are many things for which we can be grateful: a long-awaited answer to a difficult stage, an encouraging test result, a promotion at work, a visit from a long-lost friend, a new grandchild on the way, and the list goes on.
