I found this book hard to read because of all the typos. A few paragraphs had me scratching my head and saying ‘What the?..’ to myself as I backtracked and re read, it was that bad. I CACKED UP, reading Clodi’s Author’s Note, saying how he edited this book over and over again. Really? Couldn’t tell, love. The second book in this series, Discovery, is littered w mistakes too, albeit a bit better/ more readable than Outbreak, Amen! The storylines in this series are a refreshing take on the z genre and reason I stuck w this book. Discovery reads better and quicker, IMO, but I haven’t finished it at the time of writing this.
Not bad - inventive
The notion of evolved zombies is interesting. Good book but the absolutely appalling editing and copious spelling errors are incredibly distracting.
Awesome
Brilliant story. Would make an awesome movie adaptation if they dont change too much. There are quite alot of spelling and grammar mistakes but if you can overlook that its awesome. Cant wait to start on book 2
