Myrtle Reed was an American author, poet, journalist, and philanthropist. Myrtle Reed graduated from the West Division High School. During the studying she edited the school's newspaper called The Voice. She had insomniac and she has been prescribed sleeping drafts. Myrtly Reed died in  because of an overdose of sleeping powder, which she took with suicidal intent in her flat. She was  years old.
