There is a lot of emotions in this book, I loved every page of it. I felt the heart break, the anger, the suspense, the sadness and I laughed at babushka’s wooden spoon. Thank you for this great book.
Touch me not
I also have suffered from PTSD since childhood. This book should be in ever therapy reading list when you finally decide it's time to heal. I wish to thank the author, Apryl Baker 🤗, for the care in which this subject was delicately handled and wish all the reader's out there ,you who struggle from one second to the next, with this life long condition, the courage to control and learn that each small step forward is worth celebrating 🙏🏼🎉🌟

This book may trigger people who have suffered a trauma that now manifests in ways that stop you living a full life. I urge those people to be brave and push through as this read is incredible and may just provide you with the spark of hope you need to believe that you are worth finding a way out of the fears that hold you back. We might not all have a Nik fall into our lives but you can find strength in hope.
