Tough Love
Wow. This, Chenco and Steve’s story, is more intense than the other books in the series, mainly due to the BDSM element. Both men have very painful pasts although that has nothing to do with the Dominant and submissive roles that comes naturally to them.
As they fall in love and deal the their respective challenges, surrendering to the emotional pain and forgiving oneself is the only way forward. And that means that it’s not necessarily the submissive that has to surrender and show vulnerability.
Another very deep story from Heidi which I loved.
I’d like to finish by saying that it doesn’t matter who you love, how you love, or what you do to satisfy your needs, as long as love is there - the non-romantic kind or the romantic kind. This doesn’t affect anyone else, the world will continue turning but indeed, will be a better place.
