Synopsis:

"Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas" is a classic science fiction novel written by Jules Verne and published in 1870. The story follows the adventures of Professor Pierre Aronnax, a French marine biologist, and his companions, Conseil and Ned Land, as they embark on a voyage to hunt down a mysterious sea monster that has been terrorizing ships.

During their pursuit, the trio discovers that the "monster" is actually a highly advanced submarine, the Nautilus, commanded by the enigmatic Captain Nemo. Aronnax, Conseil, and Ned Land are taken aboard the Nautilus and begin an incredible underwater journey, traveling through various oceans and encountering exotic sea creatures.

As they travel with Captain Nemo, they learn of his desire for revenge against civilization, which he believes has wronged him and caused him great personal loss. The group experiences many thrilling adventures, including a battle with a giant squid and a visit to an underwater cemetery.

However, as their voyage continues, tensions rise between the group and Captain Nemo, culminating in a dramatic escape attempt. The novel ends with Aronnax and his companions being rescued, but Captain Nemo and the Nautilus ultimately meeting a tragic fate.
