[U] Street V. Maloney

Per Curiam. Plaintiff-appellant Richard A. Street, a Massachusetts prison inmate, appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant correctional officials. Summary judgment was entered by the district court after this court upheld the dismissal of certain claims but reversed the dismissal of plaintiff's free exercise and equal protection claims. Street v. Maloney, No. 90-1280, slip op. (Dec. 29, 1990). For the reasons that follow, we vacate and remand.
