Uberoi V. University Of Colorado

The plaintiff, Mahinder Uberoi, appeals from a judgment of the District Court for the County of Boulder denying his claim of entitlement to inspect and copy certain records of the University of Colorado. The court based this denial on its conclusion that the Colorado Open Records Act, upon which the plaintiff grounded his claim, is not applicable to the University of Colorado. We affirm.
