Publisher Description
With an introduction by David Mitchell
Isserley spends most of her time driving. But why is she so interested in picking up hitchhikers? And why are they always male, well-built and alone?
An utterly unpredictable and macabre mystery, Under the Skin is a genre-defying masterpiece.

TreenReads
A horror-thriller of great subtlety. It drops its clues slowly and almost imperceptibly, instead of rubbing the reader's nose into them until suspension of disbelief fails. This is a clever novel about environment and inter-species relationships. It left me thinking, and intending to read it again soon. Economically and attractively written. Not one sentence grated, stylistically.
Terrible
Terrible. Just terrible. The sample seemed interesting so I downloaded the book... only to find the content of the sample was just repeated more or less for the entire novel. This book goes nowhere.
