We all need a Luke in our lives
WOW I am so gobsmacked lol 😂 I have just finished reading Undone by K.E Hunter and let me just say hottttt dayummmmm what started out as a career Lawyer meeting a University Student soon becomes something so much more between two people when a twist of fate turns this tale into a Student/Teacher relationship (as they were in a relationship prior to Luke becoming Bri’s professor I’m not 100% sure where that leaves them) It finished with my heart hurting for Luke as he does love Bri and Vice Versa and the fact that it was sprung on him just as much as it has been sprung on her I just hope in the complete series she does hear him out and they both make a conscious decision on where to go from the here and now as it does change the dynamic..
a highly recommended read albeit I would recommend buying the whole series as it does leave you wanting more and feeling devastated that something that has been so good, could undoubtably feel so raw and painfully unrequited — best friends and overcoming past wounds to be the you, you desire to be — fall in love —
I love Bri’s capacity to make friends and her capacity to follow her heart — sometimes Fate has an agenda which overrides all that we thought we knew — Bri was Professor Coleman’s assistant — does that make her Professor Brody’s assistant? What does that mean for the young couple?
I literally just sat and started reading this novel via iBooks and I couldn’t put it down not once I became quite consumed by the storyline of our two Main Characters their chemistry and the feel’s — she’s just admitted that she is scared of her feelings and how real they are — Luke also admits to how he feels and they’re so in alignment with each other — will they let fear take over and extinguish the flame 🔥 before it can go anywhere or will they say fück it all and just love each other and fight for each other and their relationship ??
