Publisher Description
This case is an appeal from a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The appellant, Thomas Dean Stevens, petitioned the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. That court denied the appellants petition, concluding that the nine claims raised did not warrant relief. On appeal, Stevens argues that the district court committed a variety of errors that require reversal. For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the denial of the petition for writ of habeas corpus.
