MATTHES, Chief Judge. Appellants, the Barco Corporation and its president, John Barakat, were found guilty of criminal contempt of court for disobedience of the district court's order enjoining their further infringement of a patent held by Shell Oil Company (Shell). For the reasons hereinafter expressed, we affirm.
