United States v. Barry

SCHWARZER, District Judge: Appellant was convicted by a jury of six counts of unauthorized sale of government property in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 641. In this appeal he contends that the trial court committed reversible error in rejecting his offer of certain evidence. We hold that the rulings below were not reversible error and affirm.
