United States v. Battiest

Adam Battiest pleaded guilty to attempting to distribute child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2); receipt of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2); and possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4). The district court sentenced Battiest to 188 months imprisonment. Battiest appeals, arguing the sentence is unreasonable. We affirm.
