United States v. Currier

William George Currier appeals the district courts order denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during an automobile search. For the reasons set forth below, we conclude that Mr. Curriers failure to file specific objections to the magistrate judges report and recommendation constitutes a waiver of appellate review. We therefore dismiss this appeal.
