Defendant-appellant was found guilty by a jury of conspiracy to use extortion to collect an extension of credit, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 894,*fn1 and was sentenced to three years imprisonment. Appellant was acquitted, however, on two other counts in the indictment, which had charged that he had used and had aided and abetted the use of extortionate means to collect an extension of credit, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 894 and 2. Appellant appeals his conspiracy conviction. We affirm.
