Boring, Dull and Left Wanting
An unremarkable story with a bare bones of a plot. Basically what the Blurb said happened, it’s the ONLY thing that happened.
It was boring, uninteresting and dull as watching pain dry (in fact watching paint dry would have been preferable.)
The characters were bland and 1-dimensional, the “romance” was basic with an insta-love level of cliché. The Villain was also basic and boring with barely a motive for his actions. And he dies too easily and too quickly.
I have no interest reading anymore of these books.
