Just what I needed!
Yaaaaas, my first book completed in about a month, and this was exactly what I needed. Sweet, sarcastic, amusing, sexy, light hearted, formulaic, predictable... but with the current pandemic, this got me out of my rut.
When you need a beta cinnamon roll hero to fall in love with - a tweed wearing, glasses wearing, clumsy literature professor teaching high schoolers Shakespeare when he comes back to his hometown, and literally collides into his high school crush: chemistry!! It was delicious. Also very girly, with a quartet of best friends sharing a property, running a wedding business. Lovely.
My queen, Nora Roberts, was exactly what the doctor ordered ;-)
Magic.
This is still my favourite series of yours Nora. I would rush to buy each one the day they came out, and years later they are very well read. This book was my very first Nora Roberts book and it's still magical to read. Thank you,
