Incredibly beautiful!
Wannabe In Wyoming
Antelope Rock book 1
Samantha Cole & JB Havens
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
How do you try to review a story that moves so deep in you there just aren’t the words that do it justice?! I read all of Samantha’s books from her very first, but to read a collaboration that has so much power behind it, it is beyond the 5 stars it gets!! 2 incredibly smart women creating a story together that is so coherent…. it’s hard to believe. From the characters, to the letters, to the whole storyline everything just gels together.
So here goes….
Newly divorced Willow Crawford, has just discovered her empty name on her birth certificate, the man that was her father now has a name, not only that he’s past away and left a ranch at Antelope Rock Wyoming to her in his will but his choice to leave her the ranch will change the path of her life forever. This rough looking chick with her bright pink hair, tattoos and piercings packs up her life in Philly and drives to Wyoming to her new life. Her welcome to Antelope Rock is less then welcoming, with many in he small town turning their noses up at her look and her heritage. With little friendship, and a ranch to tackle, sweet natured Willow, turns to a pen pal, to Any Soldier, a simple way to keep in touch with those fighting in Afghanistan.
After the death of his family Staff Sergeant Nathan Casey through everything intention fighting in Afghanistan, he no longer looks forward to mail day, there’s never anything for him, until a thank you for your service, letter showed up for him. From a woman whom calls herself Wannabe Rancher, he leans about a lonely lady, with the world on her shoulders. He’s taken very quickly by her Witt, her tones even through her writing that (like this story) sits deep down in him. Within a couple of letters a quiet, keep to himself Nathan, opens up and looks forward to hearing from his wannabe rancher. This stunning women with pink hair has him counting the days until he leaves the military!
With cute nicknames, and so much on paper between each other, the logical progression in meeting is more than either can handle…. Their chemistry was hot on paper but nothing to in person ( be prepared for a little blush), it’s going to be scorching! As Willow settles into Skyview Ranch with her new cat, she learns more about her past and her future with Nathan by her side. Who would have thought a woman from Philadelphia, would become a wannabe rancher of alpacas, live and love small town life despite the aweful small town minds… but it is PenPal Extraordinare , Nathan Casey who truly turns her world around, no longer the vulnerable new resident but the strong woman who stands up for herself, her father and the man who changed her life forever for the better.
A huge well done and HI five to Samantha and JB for an incredible story. I’d love to give a thousand ⭐️, but 5 will just have to suffice! Love your work ladies…
