This book has some really good recipes. They are pretty simple and ones that you are likely to already eat either a brought or hike made version of, but it serves as a pod brain primer about what to put on the weekly food planner.
However, almost every recipe has a heavy dairy (or dairy replacement) element to it. While I feed my child dairy, these recipes contain more than I would ever eat as an adult. Even at baby sized portions it’s a lot.
