What's-His-Name

A young man from Blakeville, west and near Chicago, marries a local and they move to NYC where she makes it big in theater. Harvey becomes the stay at home dad with their daughter. Everyone knows him as Nellie Duluth's husband, but never can anyone come up with a last name, since Nellie used a stage name. Harvey was simply Mr. What's-His-Name, or Nellie Duluth's husband.
