In 2016, when he was 41, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s, a progressive neurological condition for which there is no cure.

A beautifully written book
This is a beautifully written book by a doctor living with Parkinson’s. The book highlights many of the emotions and difficulties faced from the time of diagnosis, the lesser known non motor symptoms, telling family and friends, navigating work and the critical importance of getting medications on time. This is all told from the unique perspective of Jonny being a doctor and patient and how he has been able to use his knowledge and artistic skills to advocate and increase understanding of Parkinsons. This book will be of interest to people with Parkinsons, family and friends, clinicians and general community.
