Wings Across the Border (North American Waterfowl Management Plan)‪.‬

Abstract The North American Waterfowl Management Plan (NAWMP) is a success story about managing ducks, geese and swans. It is also a success story about: international cooperation and coordination; creative funding; adapting biological goals to habitat requirements; building multi-level partnerships; the power of voluntary approaches; and planning, implementing, and evaluating on a landscape level. Such landscape level programming necessitates the inclusion of private, corporate, common and public lands, including parks and protected areas.
