About the author:

Stephanie Zonars began playing basketball at age 12 and never looked back. Playing, coaching or leading teams of all kinds for the last 30 years has served as an amazing learning lab from which she’s distilled wisdom that applies to both sports and life.

For the last five years, Zonars has shared this wisdom with sports coaches via her email series Wisdom for the BusyCoach. Rave reader reviews inspired her to compile the emails into this book by the same catchy name. She’s also authored Leader of the Pack: The Legacy of Legendary Coach Kay Yow and Timeout: Moments with God for Winning in Life.

When she’s not writing, Zonars connects the sports world as a personal and team building coach. Her business, Life Beyond Sport, helps coaches win in sports and life through 1:1 coaching and team building workshops.
