Emotionally invested!!
With this Woman is the second story in Jesse’s point of view.
And honestly, being inside his crazy head is rather thrilling. He’s truly a man on a mission especially where Ava is concerned! Goodness me, he’s ridiculously frustrating but what happens when Ava learns certain things about his past??
There is a level of intrigue, highly steamy tension and interesting conversations!
Jesse is a determined man, thats for sure, his inner turmoil causes him to be the man he is.
Ava and Jesse are fire, they argue, they love and they care! I cant even begin to describe how this book made me feel. I was definitely emotionally invested in the story! Worth way more than 5 stars!
Loved it
It has been an interesting ride reading this series from Jesse Ward’s point of view. Jesse and Ava have always held a special place in my heart. Until I read and listened to the first book in this series, I had no idea just how much I have missed these characters and his wonderful Jesse-isms.
With This Woman had me laughing out loud and yelling in frustration and did justice not only to the crazy that is Jesse and Ava but also their extended family of friends. Jesse, The Lord of the Manor’s point of view is truly captivating.
The pain and emotions that Jesse feels is palpable whilst reading and had me on the edge of my seat. When Ava returns to him, he is determined that she never leave him again and you could feel the passion and fear he has.
Jesse’s possessiveness is over the top in the extreme but there is something endearing about him and his devotion to Ava. Will he be able to protect Ava from his past?

Everything I expected and more
I was so excited for With This Woman ( This Man - the story from Jesse #2), a chance to get Jesse’s POV, to get into his head and see how he viewed the love and the demons that do battle daily since he found Ava. Well this book was everything I expected and so much more and it touched me on so many levels as I found myself engrossed in everything Jesse Ward……. This is one emotional roller coaster, it’s a journey about love, passion, heartbreak, guilt, soulmates and friendship, at times it will make you smile at the craziness and at times you will cry but this book is worth every emotion and if ever a book deserved more than 5 stars this is it. I’m now so excited for This Woman Forever which is coming next year.
