World Portraits

Portrait photography is another one of Marcela’s passions. She especially enjoys it during her times of travels as it allows her to meet and interact with many people from a variety of cultures and languages. She believes that through photography she can connect with anyone, in a much deeper way, far beyond any dialogue or language. When traveling, the combination of everything that crosses her path, at any given moment,

inspires her the most. She strives to live fully in the present moment entirely surrendering to all that is going on around her. With only great respect, excluding all prejudice and judgment, she fully enjoys interacting with people from all cultures and learning as much as she can from them. She is inspired by, and thrives off, discovering what she can experience from different people in different parts of the world. She completely falls in love with some locations for its beautiful scenery and fascinating architecture, others for the genuineness of its people, and some for a combination of both.Whether it’s taking photographs or editing them, Marcela almost feels transported and transposed into alternate dimensions. She finds the entire process to be an exciting and intriguing journey that she aspires to share with the world.

She strongly feels that through her photography, she learned to watch through the eyes of her heart.
