Hi! I'm Seth! I was asked to describe my book, Yearbook, for the inside flap (which is a gross phrase) and for websites and shit like that, so... here it goes!!!
Yearbook is a collection of true stories that I desperately hope are just funny at worst, and life-changingly amazing at best. (I understand that it's likely the former, which is a fancy "book" way of saying "the first one.")
I talk about my grandparents, doing stand-up comedy as a teenager, bar mitzvahs, and Jewish summer camp, and tell way more stories about doing drugs than my mother would like. I also talk about some of my adventures in Los Angeles, and surely say things about other famous people that will create a wildly awkward conversation for me at a party one day.
I hope you enjoy the book should you buy it, and if you don't enjoy it, I'm sorry. If you ever see me on the street and explain the situation, I'll do my best to make it up to you.

With his thoughtful memoir, Seth Rogen answers this question in touching and hilarious detail. Every anecdote is funny, shocking, adorable, or, more often, all of the above. Rogen isn’t afraid to get into embarrassing personal detail (like when he describes pooping his pants on an early date with his wife), and he’s just as courageously honest about his run-ins with A-list celebrities (get ready for a very awkward, Scientology-heavy visit to Tom Cruise’s house). He even gets into heavier issues such as anti-Semitism and his infamous love of marijuana. You’ll swear you can hear Rogen’s wonderful trademark giggle as he recounts these stories. If you love Rogen, Yearbook is just as fun and easygoing as you’d imagine. You might need to occasionally put the book down to catch your breath—from laughing.

Great book!
Happens to be the first book I’ve read and boy it’s a good one. Beautifully written front to back and had me a devoted reader the whole time. 5/5 stars, great book.
