This individualised Yoga Ayurveda Therapy program has been designed to address both the physical and psychological stress on the body of a man in his early 50’s with multiple sports injuries and chronic stiffness. The program has images, videos and text for easy reference. The author provides simple, powerful and easily learned asanas. The program is designed to fit into the lifestyle of a professional business owner, offering 15-minute meditation of movement exercises that can be done in the morning and evening. Included are simple office yoga stretches for accumulated stresses from sitting at a desk. Yoga therapy exercises are meditation and relaxation oriented to calm and sooth the body. They will assist with recovery from sports injuries and surgery. With increased body and mind awareness any future injury can be prevented as well as enhancing the activities of daily living and work.
