A Lightbringer Carol: A Holiday Tale of Metamor City

Janus Starson, regional commander of the Lothanasi, takes his job VERY seriously. As the agency tasked with shielding mortals from supernatural threats, the Lothanasi do their best to keep anything dangerous from crossing over between the Dreamlands and the physical realm. But when it comes to the Holly King -- also known as Saint Nicholas, the Faery Lord of the Yuletide -- Janus and his people have their work cut out for them. For Janus, stopping St. Nick's incursions has become an obsession; for the Lothanasi as a whole, it's an embarrassment. After a particularly humiliating confrontation with the Sidhe Lord, Janus is forcibly placed on leave the next time the Yuletide rolls around.

But just because Janus is off duty doesn't mean that the supernatural realm is going to leave him be.
