Life in the Solomons appears to be paradisic to the untraveled reader, but in the early 1900s cannibals still roamed in this paradise. - ADVENTURE is a well written novel, which shows there's more to Jack London than snowy, Alaskan mountains and sled dogs. The story unfolds with a lot of action and a bit of romance, in an astonishing setting.
