Lucy earns a living doing research – and doing a little goldfarming. Smart and tech-savvy, she still can’t earn a decent living. So she takes matters into her own hands and creates a new lifestyle for herself and a select group of hand-picked young women who make a living with their minds and their keyboards.

But, when Lucy is hired to do research for a college professor, she suddenly finds herself in danger. Who killed Dr. Levenson—and why do they want Lucy dead, too?

Lucy encounters plenty of intrigue as she encounters underage gamers who jeopardize her identity as she crisscrosses the country in search of the missing patent to an invention she’s been hired to research, while her pursuers undergo an exhausting search for her – and the patent.
