Christensen v. Nch Corp‪.‬

Steven C. Christensen, an injured worker, sued his employer, his employers workers compensation insurer, and their attorney, alleging a conspiracy to interfere with his medical treatment. The superior court entered summary judgment against Christensen. Christensen appeals, contending that the defendants discovery violations stymied his efforts to document their conspiracy and that he raised genuine issues of material fact precluding the entry of summary judgment. Because Christensens arguments lack merit, we affirm.
