Flaming Larceny

The novel is a crime story but it is written as a pseudo-autobiography. In that way, the story follows the life of a man growing up in Oslo and then immigrating to the US before he is a teenager. He is or he becomes an amoral individual who lives on the edge of crime while he is maturing. As an adult, he becomes a full-fledged criminal; his exploits lead to a dangerous art crime and embezzling of large sums.
