When Codie learns that a supposed murder Pete investigated on the ride-along is actually a suicide, she poses as a religious fanatic in order to gain access to the controlling cult where the dead woman was discovered, hoping to find the truth.  But has she instead set herself up to be murdered—and will she figure out what's going on before she becomes a victim?
