Frank's Dogs

Frank Tipton was a brilliant medical researcher specializing in nanites.

His research facilities are attacked by animal rights activists. In retaliation for them killing his beloved dog he uses the activists as his test animals. He also saves his Wendy's DNA by adding it to his own body turning himself unwittingly into a weekend werewolf.

Safely living with humans becomes his life's work.
