H. Christiansen & Sons v. City Duluth

Action in the district court for St. Louis county to recover for damage to plaintiffs dock and business alleged to have been caused by defendants maintenance of a dock adjacent to plaintiffs. From an order, Victor H. Johnson, Judge, overruling defendants demurrer to both causes of action alleged in the complaint, defendant appealed, the court having certified the questions involved as important and doubtful.
