Hannah and Ruth

The story of Hannah thrills the soul as we consider a beloved yet barren woman who was ultimately blessed with a son. That child, Samuel, would go on to play a pivotal role in the history of Israel — serving as a prophet to the nation and anointing its first two kings, Saul and David.

The book of Ruth provides a refreshing contrast to the dark days of Judges. This beautiful account of faith, loyalty, and redemption shines like a beacon of light and remains one of the most loved stories in Scripture.
