If you want to own just one cookbook, this is it!
For years I've had the paper copy and I keep returning to it over and over and over. For ease, and to preserve my dog-eared, much-loved book I've bought the e-book. I often find myself cooking in other people's kitchens, popping into the grocery store on my way there for ingredients. Now I can refer to this treasure trove of amazing recipes no matter where I am.
Not just great recipes but a wonderful read as well. There's a reason why this book is a classic.
Just one warning: Nigella's books (and her cooking) are addictive.
