Mahoney V. Shinpoch

This case grows out of a challenge to rulemaking instituted by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). The plaintiff, a class of public assistance recipients, sought declaratory and injunctive relief through the invalidation of a DSHS rule reducing
