Almost there but not quite
A lot of misunderstandings and assumptions when they aren’t well acquainted with each other. How difficult would it have been for Jonathan to explain his sexual preferences before deciding to be exclusive with Monica? How dumb is Monica when all the signs were there looking at her right in the eye balls?
How much right does Monica have to know about Jonathan’s past? They just met. Demanding things just because you’ve fallen in love is a bit much. He is in this book still very much a stranger to her. It just seemed very odd to me.
I have to say I didn’t enjoy that about her, her character seemed too smart to jump from one conclusion to the next when she knew clearly where her heart lied.
Also just randomly killing Gaby? Yeah, the author will not be seeing the pearly gates for that.
